There are so many nutrition plans out there so I wanted to give some advice on finding the right one for you! TWO NECESSARY ITEMS: 1. Works toward your goal
-when choosing a nutrition plan you must know what your goal is and the plan must have the same goal
-if you're looking to lose weight the plan must have a weight loss goal
-if you're looking to gain muscle the plan must have a muscle building goal, etc. 2. Works with your schedule
-the plan you choose must be able to fit into your daily life
-you must be able to manage the time/food item restraints the plan you choose calls for
-if the plan is going to make you absolutely miserable every day you are on it then THAT'S NOT THE PLAN FOR YOU
