HOW DOES THE BODY ACTUALLY WORK
I've been reading a book called THE OBESITY CODE and this is some extremely helpful information I got from it today.
CALORIE DEFICIT MINDSET IS WRONG!
Most people think that if they just consume less calories then and maybe add a little exercise to their routine then they will lose fat. This would be true if our bodies were solely regulated by calories but some little friends in our bodies named HORMONES goes against this theory.
